As an experienced physiotherapist, with the highest level of training in manual and manipulative therapy, I am able to assess, diagnose and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions and injuries. Manual Therapy

Joint mobilization/manipulation, neural mobilization, or soft tissue release to improve joint/nerve/muscle mobility and decrease pain.

 
 
 

Acupuncture

The insertion of needles into points along traditional Chinese meridians to promote blood flow and circulation to an injured area with the goal of restoring homeostasis which in turn helps to reduce pain and inflammation.

Dry Needling

The insertion of needles into shortened muscles with the goal of helping the muscle relax, loosen up and function better.

Therapeutic Exercise

A personalized home exercise program including mobility and strengthening will be prescribed to compliment your treatment to help accelerate your recovery.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a spot in the schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such, 24 hours notice is required to either change or cancel your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours or miss their appointment will be charged at the full rate of their appointment.
